For those of you about to take the plunge, let me help:
Everyone (mostly me) has been amazed how quickly the book has flown off bookshelves, real and virtual. Such has been this success, that Amazon sold out in 3days, while other outlets, such as bookshops etc. are struggling to keep up with demand!
A good complaint- however, we are not complacent- oh no!!
